Below is FAQs which we always receive from our customers. Please refer if it is what you want to know
Order
You can send us your list of items which you want to develop and we can work with you for these developments by our designer team. After finishing the designs, we will proceed the samples till receiving your approval.
The simplest way is email. Just send us your PO(Sales contract) by email and we will check and confirm through it.
The lead time bases on the order quantity. In the normal case the production time for most products is about 60-65 days.
Payment
Meko Craft always try to offer a very good way to pay when you have an order. Normally we are using T/T or LC terms for our orders.
All prices are under FOB price and quoted in Dollar (USD) not excluding delivery and other related or incurred costs.
Transport
In Meko Craft, we are flexible regarding the quantity of orders, we know that customers need to understand their market that’s why we can work with LCL/Small quantity shipments.
All packing will follow export standard with carton of 5 plies, silicagel, hang tag if need.
Our loading port is normally Ho Chi Minh port or Hai Phong port.
