2. What data we collect

  • Data you give us in our forms (catalog request, request a quote, contact): your name, email address, company or store name, country, type of business, how you heard about us, the catalogs or products you choose and any message you write.
  • Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or social media, and the contact details that come with them.
  • Technical data when you browse our website: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. This is collected by Google Analytics and by our security service, Cloudflare.

3. Why we use your data

  • To send you the catalogs, prices, samples and quotes you ask for, and to answer your questions. We do this because you asked us to, or to prepare a possible order.
  • To follow up on your inquiry and tell you about new collections that fit your business. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • To see how visitors use our website so we can improve it (Google Analytics).
  • To protect our forms against spam and abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile).

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Services we use

  • Cloudflare protects our website and our forms. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is sending the form. Turnstile is covered by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
  • Google Analytics (Google) gives us statistics about visits to our website. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • Our email providers, including Google Gmail, which we use to receive form messages and reply to you.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us there.
  • Our web hosting provider, which hosts this website.

Some of these providers process data outside Vietnam, including in the United States.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep inquiry and customer data for as long as we need it to handle your request and our business relationship, and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us at any time to delete data we no longer need.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that it needs to work, such as the cookie that remembers your quote list, and cookies from Google Analytics to count and measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, some parts of the website may not work.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you updates, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
